With over twenty years of growing business in the fishing rod industry, my team at Sawgrass Fishing Rods leverages our deep experience designing rods alongside luminaries like my friend and mentor Garry Loomis to bring Made in America front and center for US anglers.
After two years of research and design development, we launched the Sawgrass Fishing Rod company in 2022 to reestablish what service and technical performance means to local anglers.

Another advantage we have over other companies is that we do this for a living. We have the materials, the demand, and the staff to build one rod for you or a set of rods for an entire fishing lodge in two to seven days.
We have full-scale color and label customization capabilities and can do it efficiently as a Level 1 builder. We focus on building Custom Fishing Rods with Carbon Fiber/Composite rod blanks designed and made in the USA.
When you call us, you get the team that designed the rod blank, sourced the REC Recoil guides, custom-crafted the CG 1 & 2 cork on the handles, hand-wrapped, and finished the rod.
